After a month of hard work, I decided to treat myself to a beautiful Kenneth Cole bag. I didn’t expect this bag to have such fantastic quality! The stitching is elegant, the details are on point, and I love how many pockets it has to keep everything organized. It’s one of the items on my wishlist, and I’m so happy with what I got! Although there was a little hiccup during shipping, and my package got lost for a bit, luckily, the customer service team was super patient and professional in helping me out. All in all, it was a great shopping experience, even with the minor issue!
